Mother's Day Celebration

Mother’s Day is a celebration of the remarkable women who nurture, inspire and shape our lives. Commemorating this special occasion, reflecting upon the profound impact mothers have on our world, the students of class 10A put up a wholesome and memorable special assembly on 9 May, 2024.The class choir sang a song ‘Mother of mine’, to pay tribute to all the mothers, their countless sacrifices and the remarkable role mothers play in a child’s life. An oath was taken to treat moms all over the world with the respect and compassion they deserve. Poetry was used as a medium to spread the narrative as well. A ‘nukkad natak’ was enacted throwing light on the caring nature of mothers and the attitude of the younger generation towards them. A moral to pay due respect and love was showcased to the audience. The assembly concluded with a reflection by the class teacher, Mrs. Anisha Sharma, highlighting the responsibilities of children towards their mothers and the appreciation they deserve.
