Assembly - 'Go & Do Likewise'

On 29th March 2022 (Tuesday), a special assembly was organised by Class X-C, with Ms Ramneek Kala as class incharge.

It began with a prayer song, sung by a choir under the guidance of Ms Geeta Tandon and Mr. Harpreet. This was proceeded by a reading from the Holy Bible. The prayer session was completed with the Universal Prayer by Head Boy.

Next, the students took the school pledge, with the Assembly Incharge at the podium. The assembly proceeded to a couple of providing thoughts by Khwaish and Sarthak. This was followed by various news events from around the globe, presented to the gathering by Naira and Uday.

Then came the enactment which made the assembly a special one:

an enactment of the beautiful poem; 'The Cold Within', by James Patrick Kinney, summarising that prejuidice and discrimination are roadblocks to building a successful civilization. Following students were part of the performance:

Kheetansh, Shubhneet, Mehak, Tanvi, Harit, Shivam, Akul, Jishnu, Aryush

Also, the pupile were delighted to welcome the new Vice-Principal, Sister Joyce, at this gathering. Sr. Joyce was warmly welcomed by the co-ordinator Ms Vicy B. Thomas, on behalf of the instituion.

In all, the event was a successful show, indeed!
